  • learn how to create this awareness in other people so that it is permanently ensured that these issues are addressed.

    This workshop is used at all stages of digitisation to ensure that as many participants as possible are taken along with conviction and enthusiasm. This begins with top management and can be extended to many areas, including training internal experts.

  • recognize which approaches they have used so far to secure a trusting relationship and how they can be used in the new environment,
  • appreciate how the diversity of one's own and other's approaches can create trustful relationships,
  • evaluate which approaches are appropriate for securing a trusting relationship,
  • develop how they implement their own approach and communicate at eye level with others.
  • This workshop is used to achieve corporate goals by consciously building trusting relationships between diverse people (generations, disciplines, cultures, mindsets, personalities).

    The workshop usually lasts 2+2 days with an intermediate practice period of about six weeks.
